2.Please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return when you contact us. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials. Please carefully repack the item. Items returned will be tested and if found defective, the buyer will be shipped a new replacement immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available a refund will be issued.
